Selected work

A few examples of what we can build, connect, and improve.

Our work is not limited to a short service menu. We take on projects across Microsoft 365, security, AI integration, websites, infrastructure, data, and custom software, including work that crosses several systems or vendors. Here are a few examples.

Software and security reporting

Security findings shaped into a report leaders can act on.

We built PingBeautify to turn existing PingCastle XML into a clear, branded security report. Technical teams get mapped findings and priorities. Decision-makers get an executive summary, risk dashboard, and a practical sequence for remediation.

Input
Existing PingCastle healthcheck XML
Output
Branded HTML or PDF
Rule library
174 mapped descriptions
Report
8-page security assessment example

The finished tool produces consistent branded HTML and PDF reporting from existing PingCastle data, with findings organized for review and remediation planning.

PingBeautify is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Netwrix or PingCastle.

Full-stack lead generation platform

Prospecting software that carries the work from search to a usable contact list.

LeadScraper takes a target service and market from search setup through a structured prospect dataset. It coordinates multi-zone discovery, website scanning, contact collection, record review, status management, usage controls, cost tracking, and CSV handoff in one authenticated platform.

Targeting
Keywords, regions, and multi-zone Grid Search
Discovery
Google Places and multi-page website scans
Records
Company details, emails, phones, and statuses
Output
Named datasets and CSV exports

The platform includes authenticated accounts, cloud data storage, subscription billing, usage controls, live run monitoring, and per-job operating-cost tracking.

AI integration and business operations

An AI assistant that answers questions, runs scheduled work, and connects to real systems.

We built Jarvis to connect messages, contacts, maintained reference material, scheduled jobs, and system operations in one assistant. It answers through iMessage, prepares daily briefings, retrieves source material, updates records, hands approved work to Home Assistant, reports usage, and preserves backup and restore history.

Interface
iMessage and scheduled requests
Information
Contacts, messages, maintained references, and saved history
Automation
Daily briefings, scheduled jobs, and Home Assistant actions
Operations
Usage records, backups, restore drills, and event history

Behind the assistant are TypeScript services, PostgreSQL, search across maintained sources, scheduled jobs, approval checks, usage records, and tested recovery.

Responsive web design

A service website that answers the questions standing between a visitor and a booking.

Switchyard Cycle Works is a self-directed website concept that translates a complete business brief into a responsive customer journey. Turnaround times, service ranges, intake steps, and drop-off expectations are organized around the decisions a repair customer needs to make.

Brief

Build
Responsive HTML and CSS
Layouts
Desktop and 390px mobile
Focus
Services, expectations, intake, and booking

The site makes timing, price ranges, intake requirements, and the next action clear on desktop and mobile.

How work is delivered

Every engagement ends with a result the business can own.

Challenge

The business objective, technical inputs, constraints, and dependencies are captured before production begins.

Delivery

We complete the agreed implementation, repair, migration, analysis, configuration, or automation work.

Validation

The result is checked against written acceptance criteria, with evidence appropriate to the work.

Handoff

You receive the agreed files, operating notes, ownership details, and a clear route into support or the next phase.

What needs to work better?

Tell us the problem, the result you need, and any timing that matters. We will identify the right starting point, whether that is a focused repair, an assessment, a build, or a phased engagement.
